Summer Potluck! We were indoors last year. What will weather be like this year?
Directions: From Interstate 5, take the 205th street (exit 177), proceed west to Edmonds Way cutoff. Follow it to 238th Street (after you have gone under Highway 99). Turn right and go up the hill to 84th street. Proceed North and the church is on your left in about 8 blocks. Come early and have some coffee and cookies!

October Every Year
Names of high school students go to military unless parents opt out
They must act by Saturday to prevent information from being provided
Names, phone numbers and other information about Seattle high school students must be provided to the Defense Department on request -- unless parents opt out in writing by Saturday.
NO CHILD LEFT UN-RECRUITED
high schools are required - ironically, by the No Child Left Behind Act - to provide military recruiters with student home phone numbers and addresses. The law also mandates that schools notify parents of the option to remove student names from these recruiter lists.
